If you are looking to buy a home, Alifonso Mendoza is your man. My wife and I both felt like he took pride in finding us exactly what we were looking for and in our price range. Very professional and on our side 100% in all negotiations. Communication was excellent and timely. He knew our local area well and helped fit us perfectly. After contacting several agents, we decided on Alifonso, basically because of his extensive experience and actual sales in our area. We had been in escrow FOUR times already, with and without agents, and every time something would happen to knock us out of escrow.
