A Great Agent, Alicia was excellent!!

A Great Agent Alicia was excellent. Selling my home took much longer and proved to be far more difficult than I had anticipated. The offers came quickly. The house was under contract almost the minute it hit the market. The first buyer, an investor, backed out of the contract during the due diligence period, as did two other investors. Alicia didn't miss a beat. As soon as one offer fell through, she had another offer on the table. She never told me what to do but would always offer advice when asked. This is the second house I have sold with her and will likely sale another with her next year. Super agent! You can't go wrong with Alicia!

This is the second deal this year that we have worked with Alicia, and we were both buyer and seller. Alicia is knowledgeable, and extremely professional. I've never felt more comfortable working with a real estate agent. We are looking forward to working with her next year as we purchase other properties. Whether I am buying, selling, or just inquiring, this is the only agent I will work with for the foreseeable future.
