A Great Agent Alicia was excellent. Selling my home took much longer and proved to be far more difficult than I had anticipated. The offers came quickly. The house was under contract almost the minute it hit the market. The first buyer, an investor, backed out of the contract during the due diligence period, as did two other investors.
