So nice and helpful! She’s super upbeat and energetic, honest with us about our expectations, and goes out of our way to find exactly what we want. She worked harder for us when it came to negotiating, let us know what we should/shouldn’t pay, and was phenomenal at getting them to come down in cost since their listing price was so far over what the value was.
