Alice Seger

This was our 3rd Home Real Estate Transaction with Alice Seger within the past 6 years. She first helped my late sister purchase her home. Upon her passing we called Alice to List her Home which went into escrow the same day! This was an emotional time for our Family who reside in California. Alice was empathetic and streamlined the selling process. Coincidentally, now our daughter is attending Arizona State University (ASU) and we were in the market to buy a condominium if it penciled out and we could find the right investment/second home. Alice informed our Family of three neighborhoods that each brought it's unique living style and investment opportunity. Together, surfing the internet we selected a few homes in each area. Alice then met my daughter and actually picked her up at her ASU dorm to view the condominium/neighborhoods. Afterwards, we as the parents traveled to AZ to inspect the condominium short list. Alice recommendations were spot on and we were able to make an informative purchase decision. The criteria of a safe neighborhood, a quality condominium and solid investment were easily recognizable. With her Real Estate expertise and due diligence, we were able with confidence to purchase a condominium. Our Family is grateful Alice crossed our paths.
