I recently bought a house 242 Boland. Alfred was excellent from the first moment we met. He was professional friendly and always answered our questions. no matter how complicated they were. I'm thankful that I decided to go with Alfred. Do the same, and you won't regret it
knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to serve our interests.
I’ve worked with Alfred several times now—he helped sell my previous home, helped me purchase my current home, and most recently helped me acquire a duplex investment property. He knows the area, knows what to look for during showings, and will point out potential issues you may otherwise miss. He’s responsive, moves quickly when it’s time to make an offer, and gets things done without being pushy. I’ve already referred him to a friend and will use him again in a few months.
Al was very good to work with. We wanted a quick sale and he priced it right so it was pending within days. Highly recommended!
Al is very good with communication, I’ve dealt with other agents and is very tough to get a hold of them, that’s why I would only do business with Al. Another plus is Al knowledge and understanding
Alfred has 28 properties for sale and sold 28 properties in the last 12 months, showing 4, sorted by most recent activity
