The Flores team was very helpful and patient. Working around my schedule to view houses and explaining parts of the buying process that I didn't understand going in. Despite quite a few setbacks and pivots, the whole team stayed patient and continued to assist me kindly throughout the process. Their website is much easier to use to cherry pick which houses you want to view in a specific area.

The Flores team made the home buying process so easy, even from a different state. They were very easy to get ahold of when we had questions, provided lots of information to answer any questions we had(for example school districts or VA loan questions) They were also willing to show us homes via video call or sending videos. When I started looking for a home, I did not plan to use a realtor. I’m OCD and very detail oriented. I knew I could do it on my own. Then I met Lawanda with the Flores group. She was wonderful. She was cheerful and positive but not overly enthusiastic. I appreciated how she talked to my 16 year old daughter about her military history and answered questions she had. We all definitely bonded during our first encounter. She was doing an open house we viewed and ended up getting my information and sent me a few homes I had not yet seen in all of my research. I had not signed anything at that point. She continued to answer my questions. She never pressured me in the slightest to sign with her. I finally realized she had gained my trust and it was much easier on me to have someone else do the work. I was exhausted with it all and at that point, I already loved her. I honestly can’t say enough good things about her. I have referred and will continue to refer anyone I can her way. I didn’t deal much with the rest of the group on a personal level the way I did with Lawanda but the experience was still a positive one. I actually met another agent during this process who was apparently very familiar with Alfonso and his wife. She didn’t know Lawanda but quickly interrupted me happily saying if I was working with someone from his group, I was in good hands. She continued to praise them. It’s always nice to hear another agent from a different group say such wonderful things. I already felt like I was with good people but after that encounter, I felt even more peace. I’m so thankful Lawanda came into my life. My process was very stressful. She was always there for me. I honestly could not have asked for anything more from her. I definitely recommend this group!
