We used the Flores Group to purchase our first home back in 2021 when we were moving from HI to SC. It was a hot market and homes were going for over asking at the time. They were so incredible through the process with us buying from a far and answered all of our questions. We kept in touch over the years and had been able to see them on occasion, especially when they had their client appreciation events. Come 2025 and it was time to move again, and it only seemed fitting to use them to help sell our home. Alfonso was so great in the process. We had met with another real estate agent prior to listing because we just wanted to make sure we were getting the best agent to help sell our home so we were not sitting on it and having to pay rent and a mortgage at the same time for months on end. Alfonso did not disappoint. We were under contract within 3 days of listing, and he got us more for the home than the other real estate agent who we interviewed recommended starting at.
