This is my first time buying land. Marcella answered all my questions and walked me through everything when I got nervous. She was patient, kind and helpful! I recommend everyone use the Flores Group. They truly do work as a team and the results show.
Working with Julie and Alfonso was easy and also fun. We knew basically what we wanted so the process was fast. Just a wonderful experience.
Very communicative throughout the whole process. They made the experience awesome and smooth. Very knowledgeable and made sure that we saw multiple homes ultimately leading up to a purchase that we will not regret.
Alfonso and his team were amazing. We reached out to Alfonso a few months before listing. He went over the process and was very detailed. He wasn‘t dismissive and answered the million and one questions we had. We had professional photos, drone shots, and he went over his marketing strategy. Once we received offers, he went over the pros and cons. He used his extensive knowledge and negotiation skills that ensured we’d have a smooth sailing to closing. We appreciate him and his team. Y tambien habla Español.
