She always found the time to arrange for and to show us properties we were interested in, no matter how far away or how skeptical she might have been about a certain property. We actually thanked her for showing us “the good, the bad, and the ugly,” which helped us to know when the right one finally came along. Alexis shared our excitement when that “right” home for us did present itself and she stuck with us for all the after-offer questions and concerns, right up to the closing and getting the keys. Alexis was phenomenal to work with! She made looking for a rental in a terrible market, not only enjoyable, but successful! Alexis has a positive demeanor and an extensive knowledge of the area. I also loved that she attended the walk through on our move in date and made note of the conditions of all aspects of the townhome!
