My husband was lucky enough to get Alexis’s name from a neighbor who had just sold his home when we were living on Pensacola Bay. This out of the blue contact was a dream for us, at the time both working physicians- she handled everything from repairs to moving, inspections and troubleshooting. She never recommended anyone that was not held to task (again by her, not us) until the job was done to satisfaction. Over the years, through many moves and sales she helped us as what we desired at different stages of our lives changed, and has continued with that same dedication since my husband’s death as I “downsized “ myself after his death, and continued to work with me as what I wanted changed over the years of my retirement. If you’ve never had an agent act as a consultant/manager, I recommend trying it. It makes life so much simpler and saves a lot of research when you have little time and experience to do so. And it’s made for a really good friendship as well.
