We went through many many houses just trying to find one that we would finally feel right, just putting Alexandria through so many different schedules and showings and she helped us out with every one and every question with a smile. I could not recommend a realtor more than her. Alexandria responds quickly and even if she doesn't know information immediately, she will figure it out ASAP. This is the second house Alexandria has helped us to purchase and it was absolutely smooth through the whole process

Alexandria was very helpful in establishing a listing price that attracted buyers and led to a quick sale. She knew the market well enough we were able to get multiple offers within several days and at a level that seemed appropriate for the property. Once we were under contract we moved to closing within 30 days. We were well satisfied with the process. I have seen other houses lingering on the market recently indicating the pricing may not be appropriate for the property and current market conditions.

First time home buyers have a lot of questions. Especially ones who never dreamt about owning a home.
