Working with Alex was a great experience. She is friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. She knew the history of the house and past owners, which is really important to us. We felt we were able to speak candidly with her, and she was very excited and happy for our family. Trust is built, not bought- but the housewarming gifts were very sweet. :)
