Our 2nd Time working with Alex.... Nothing but positive things to say!

We met Alex about 15 years ago while we were searching for a Resort to purchase. She was the selling realtor on one of the first resorts we looked at. We were in the early stages of our search and didnt have our own representation at the time. Although we didnt buy that property, we found a trustworthy and honest realtor that we wanted to work with. Over the course of 3 years we probably looked at 20 different properties with Alex. We relied on her for everything and she didnt let us down. We eventually purchased a resort in 2016. Fast forward to 2023, we started to work on our exit strategy as resort owners. A huge part of that was having a home to go to when we did sell the resort. Once again, we wanted something VERY specific in a VERY specific area. She found us the property we wanted and fought for us during what amounted to a full year of negotiations with the seller. Through the whole process she had our backs 100% and was always there with excellent advice as to how we should proceed. After a long drawn out, sometimes messy, year of back and forth with the seller she finally got it done! We are now the happy owners of a house that is exactly what we wanted! Alex, thank you so much for all the hard work and effort that you have put in for us. We never could have done any of this without your knowledge and hard work! Thanks for always having our back!
