Alex was there for us and had an answer for our many questions. When we needed something done she made it happen, usually very quickly. Her advise was very sound and she showed great knowledge in the area of Lakeshore real-estate which is what mattered to us. She went to bat for us negotiating with the seller in this current sellers market and we're pleased with the outcome. She's also not afraid to get in the face of involved parties if the need should arise. Overall we're very pleased with the experience and would definitely work with her in the future.
