I am not a churn and burn agent who rushes you toward closing, never to be heard from again. I stay involved throughout the process and afterward, attending inspections and closings, reviewing paperwork, assisting with lenders and title fees, and identifying potential issues as early as possible.
For buyers, that may include researching permits, reviewing available property and insurance information, arranging thorough inspections, checking public safety resources, speaking with neighbors when appropriate, and helping coordinate other due diligence items. After closing, I continue to be there for anything that comes up in the years to come.
For sellers, I go beyond putting a sign in the yard and uploading photos. I help strategically position the property for the market, identify issues that could delay closing, coordinate vendors when needed, and make sure the home is marketed as powerfully as possible. I stay on top of showing feedback, communicate consistently, carefully evaluate and compare each offer to help you understand the price, terms, financing, contingencies, and potential risks, not just the bottom line number. From listing through closing and beyond, I remain directly focused on protecting your time, equity, and best interests.
