He was excellent in the negotiations of helping us win a bidding war on our house. Without his knowledge we wouldn’t won the bid. We were very satisfied with him and will use him again and again.
Went above and beyond to assist me during and even after purchase in finding service people for updates to my purchased home. Worked around my work schedule to see houses, early in the morning and even after work was never a problem, Can't imagine that this is normal for a real estate agent, Better grab this guy. He's a gem!
