Alexa received her North Carolina real estate license in 1998 and worked in Property Management for eight years before expanding her expertise into residential sales. Today, Alexa owns and operates RAW Properties, a thriving property management company along in addition to her real estate business.
With dedication and expertise, Alexa has helped numerous homeowners to sell their home for the highest price possible with a strategic pricing strategy, market analysis, and negotiation skills. A smooth closing and hassle free process is what Alexa strives to achieve with each homeowner.
Alexa has closed 200+ homes with over $60 million in sales volume. She continues to receive the RE/MAX 100% Club Award, has recently achieved the honorable designation of RE/MAX Hall of Fame and has ranked multiple time for the RE/MAX® Southeast Region Top 100 Individual agents in North Carolina. Despite having an accounting degree, numbers have never been the true focus in her career. Making lasting connections and helping homeowners achieve their goal is my primary focus.
