I was coming off experience with the realtor that I had for the sale of my house, which gave me a bad taste in my mouth. That’s when I found Trevor and help me in a period of three to 4 weeks. He had me a house that I would be proud to have. Who told me that I needed to give them an over asking price because of the number of people we’ve been on the house . We priced the house at $17,000 over asking price. I was told that there were 11 offers on the house and Trevor came through for me and we got the house very happy very peaceful neighborhood.
