I spoke with Alex back in Aug. 2014 about some property in my neighborhood. At that time I wasn't ready to sell and let him know that, he was still very helpfull with questions I had, and did a work up on my property. I told him I would let him know when I was ready, well it took me longer then I thought to get the place ready because I had some heath problums, he gave me a follow up call just to touch base with me and when I told him what all I had going on and that I would call him as soon as I was ready he said ok and didn't keep calling like some I have delt with in the past. In June 2015 I was ready we meet at the house I told him that I wanted him to handle everything, we went over what I wanted out of it, I had him list it and I was very pleased when 15 days later I had a check for the asking amount in my hand. I think Alex is a very neat, honest, knowledgeable realtor and would recommend him highly to anyone who is in need of a realtor.
