Alex will go the distance for you. When we moved to Florida 4 years ago, we met Alex at the Century 21 office. He impressed us with his patience, and dedication. He helped us find and negotiate a great price on our wonderful home in Viera. Four years later, we had to move to another county for work. Once again, we went to Alex to handle the sale. Alex was a big blessing for us while searching thru Zillow for a retirement home in Palm Bay, Fl. We establish great communication and he kept updating us with homes on the market within our price range,,since we was in San Antonio, Texas, Alex made everything so easy during the search procedure, we decided to come to Palm Bay, Fl for a weekend so together with Alex we could see a list of homes he had prepared for us,,His suggestions and advise finally landed us in our dream home in a huge lot, and without knowing the area we decided to buy and we entered in a contract with Holiday Builders,,since we have to go back to Texas, Alex made sure everything was going smooth with the construction of the house, visiting the site sending us pictures..the whole process was made so easy by Alex, we had peace of mind having such a dedicated Realtor watching out for us, Alex did a walk thru with Superintendent before our final walk thru before closing, he pointed out something to be fix and they were, when we did our walk thru everything was perfect. The day of closing got delay by 3 days making us worried that we will not have the help of my Sons to unload moving truck because they have to go back to their jobs and they did but Alex told me not to worry that he will be unloading the truck with me,,Closing day came and it went smooth,,after closing Alex told me, lets go unload that truck, he was ready and we appreciated that gesture but I told Alex not to worry that I hired 2 individuals to unload,,Alex is super, dedicated, love his job, he goes above and beyond to make sure we was happy and had no worries, he wasn't finished at closing, he continue to check on us to make sure we are doing good. Alex Callough is simply the best Realtor I ever heard of,,,Since we was so far from Palm Bay, Alex kept us informed and sent pictures of the progress of house construction, He will periodically come by site and inspect to make sure everything was going according to contract, in our absence he did walk thru with Construction Superintendent and pointed out deficiencies to be corrected, that is something that we highly appreciate and will never forget,, Alex Callough is the best..
