Alex was amazing to work with! I highly recommend him as a realtor— to sell or buy! We were moving from VA to FL and only had 1 day to search for our home. We had many conversations over the phone to prepare for our one day visit and he asked all the right questions, never pushed us to a decision we didn’t feel comfortable with and always listened! When the day came, we saw only what we had spoken about and we ended up buying one of the homes he showed us! He had a full list of recommendations for mortgage lenders, insurance companies, all of it! I like to do my own research, though and he always encouraged me to do so— which I really appreciated! We ended up going with one of the people he recommended and everything went flawlessly. Alex always has a smile on his face and he will do anything he can to ensure you are happy and comfortable with your decisions! We closed on our home and though I’ve heard buying a house is very stressful, honestly I felt like it was easy and I’m sure that was because of Alex!

Our house was on the market for 3 months under a realtor with a different company & we had barely 6 showings in all that time...we were building a house & closing on it was contingent on selling our home, the realtor we had knew this but didn’t seem to care. Our previous realtor never had professional pictures taken, never provided us with any feedback after showings & even showed up on a Saturday letting herself in while we were home & saying she was there to do our open house WHICH WAS SCHEDULED FOR THE FOLLOWING DAY not the day she arrived! We made the decision to let our realtor go and someone referred us to Alex Callough, working with Alex was like a dream come true! Alex had professional pictures taken of our home within 3 days, he helped move things around & get our house show ready (which our previous realtor never gave instruction on), he had showings scheduled within a week of our house being listed by him & had our house sold within 3 weeks of him listing it. Alex brought us more showings in 3 weeks than we had in 3 months with our previous realtor! He always responded to us promptly, always was respectful & was always professional! Everytime we had a question Alex was right there with the answer and if he wasn't sure he would reach out to the builder right away and get the answers for us the same day.
Once we went active in one week, actually in two days, we had two offers, by the fourth day another. This doesn’t happen by accident, it takes know how. Alex met with us, viewed our home and a game plan was created. It worked to perfection. He was with us every step of the way and a 30 day closing was accomplished.
