I hired Alberto Saab because he claimed to have experience handling distressed properties and foreclosure situations. Unfortunately, my experience as a first-time home seller was extremely stressful and disappointing. Throughout the process, I repeatedly felt pressured toward investor-style offers that I had clearly stated I did not want. Instead of feeling represented and protected as his client, I often felt pushed to accept offers simply because of my situation. Communication was a major issue. Important information regarding utilities, property access, and move-out expectations was poorly explained or not explained at all. After I raised concerns with the brokerage, communication became even more limited, and I often had to contact escrow directly for answers. One particularly upsetting situation involved unknown individuals attempting to access my property while I was still living there with my children. I repeatedly raised safety concerns and was initially told these individuals were unrelated to the buyers, only to later learn they actually were connected to them. This caused unnecessary stress and fear during an already difficult time. The most shocking part of the experience was the professionalism of the communication I received. During a stressful conversation about utilities and closing logistics, Alberto texted me to “stop being a victim” and said I was “exhausting.” I found this deeply inappropriate and unacceptable from someone representing me in a major financial transaction. I raised concerns with the brokerage multiple times, but nothing meaningfully improved. Selling a home is already stressful. Clients deserve professionalism, communication, honesty, and basic respect. Unfortunately, I did not feel properly supported or represented during much of this transaction.
