Albert has been really helpful through out.. it was very tedious process to find the perfect new home for my family and sell our old one... Albert and Theresa were very knowledgeable on the true market value of my house. they took the time to analyze by price/ sq foot instead of just comparing selling prices in the area. It resulted in a higher selling price that I had originally listed the house for and therefore more money in my pocket at the end of the day. Their communication was very professional and always timely. I never had to wait long for them to return a phone call, text or email throughout the whole listing, offer, selling and closing process. They hired a professional photographer to support the listing and advertising with the best photos. Closing went smoothly as well and Theresa even brought me homemade sourdough bread she had made that day. Again both Albert and Theresa were great and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their house. They will get you the most bang for the buck and help you sell quickly and smoothly!
