After talking to a few brokers, I hired Alan to sell my condo at On Top Of The World in Florida. I live in Boston and was unable to take care of preparing the condo for sale. Alan coordinated with my tenant as she planned to move out, including driving to get her keys and helping her with logistics. Having sold property in the area, he knew the main (and somewhat quirky) issues that needed to be addressed before the condo could be sold. He then found, scheduled and oversaw the contract work, arranged the required inspections by the condo association and picked up the paperwork that the buyers would want to see. Finally, he put the condo on the market, organized the showings and got it sold in 4 weeks. Once it was sold he found reasonably priced, highly efficient people to take care of the closing, all while I remained in Boston. Amazing! Most importantly, Alan was incredibly professional, personable and always available, and got as good a price as I could hope for. I highly recommend Alan as a realtor and am only sorry that I never had the opportunity to meet him in person.
