I highly recommend that you hire agent Alan Deckel to sell your San Luis Obispo County home. As a probate attorney, I deal with many real estate agents and brokers – I’m typically involved in one or two sales per month, most of them near my office in the Sacramento area. I wish Alan were in Sacramento! In the fall of 2021, I was appointed Executor of the estate with a home in Los Osos. I’m so fortunate to have found Alan to help me prepare and sell the home. Alan put together a plan for inspecting the house, making repairs, working with the County on a potential code issue, arranging an estate sale, cleaning the home, removing debris from the yard, staging the home appropriately, and then marketing the home online through MLS and elsewhere. He then implemented the entire plan, just as he had promised, needing almost no involvement from me.
