He responded to us at all hours of the day making himself very available to us and he was always quick to respond even allowing us to look at homes same day. He was very knowledgeable about the homes we looked at even making note of the styles of homes, their history, and noticing if a home had a new roof done recently. He worked hard to negotiate for us on rent price and the deposit. He always was looking out for our best interest when viewing homes.
