We knew very little about the area, and while we had our eyes set on the one home we went for, and with Al's assistance were able to secure, we could tell Al was as experienced and knowledgeable about the area and real estate in general as they come. Working remotely on acquiring beach/waterfront property in such a hectic market can be very stressful, and he help allay the fears that can exist trying to lock in a sale from states away. Bottom line is he got it done for us, and we are happy how it turned out for us.
