Is not a smooth transaction as it was plan, from the builder to lender it was a very NEW experience from all of us, but Mr Al Alvarez Jr stands out on this issue from ALL the calls, emails and texts we could not ask for more, he got more patience that I am. Me and my wife already gave up on this house, we actually start looking/browsing for house to check out if the deal and closing would not go through…perseverance. We definitely recommend Al for any home search that anybody may have. Cordero Family
