My wife Kristi and I were enjoying lunch at TPC Colorado and we started talking about how nice it would be to build our dream home in the community. We asked our server at the restaurant if there was someone who might be able to answer some questions about the community, lot availability and prices. The server immediately directed us to Aimee and we are so fortunate that he did! Aimee took the time to answer all of our questions. She also shared personal stories and experiences about her and her husband's friends within the community. She did a fantastic job of describing the culture of the community in a very genuine way. At that point we were sold! We then started looking at builder lots and even met with a builder. Unfortunately, we were not able to come to terms on the lot and build out budgets. Aimee didn't give up on our dream. She worked with us to view additional lots where we could choose our own builder. We ended up finding the perfect lot and we will be breaking ground in April with a custom builder that is a personal friend. We can't wait to get started and we look forward to working with our friend Aimee throughout the process!
