Adriana proved her reliability and care for this client. We priced my property at what we thought was right for the market. An offer came in the day the property went on the market. After two weeks the proposed buyer backed out of the deal. We then priced the property higher and waited for a few weeks until the right buyer came along and gave me what I wanted. Adriana worked above and beyond to make this deal happen when the closing agent had problems getting process completed with out her it would have gone past our loan date to close In my opinion she is the most professional agent you have on staff.
