We interviewed several realtors before choosing Addora to sell the Glendale condo that had been home to our elderly parents for 11 years. Both parents had passed within a year. Having never gone through the routine of selling residential property, we as a family were not looking forward to the process. Addora came recommended as a person highly capable of selling properties for owners no longer living in the residence or in the area. I am a resident of Wisconsin and was responsible for the sale of my aunt's home in CA following her death. Addora made my "long distant" responsibility easier than I could ever have expected. She made arrangements for furniture and other household items to be removed from the home. She made decisions, under my direction, for freshening up the home to make it a more attractive property. This included finding plumbers painters, and handymen for small repair work that was needed. She used her decorating skills to pick colors, floor covering, and staging the home for sale. It looked beautiful as a result of her efforts. The sale required approval of the Court which made the period of time between "offer" and "closing" several months. She communicated with me on a regular basis and encouraged patience from the buyer as this long process moved forward at what seemed like a snail's pace. During the several months between offer and closing she checked on the home and kept me informed regarding the vacant home, and the progress being made on the sale. She made what could have been a very complicated process for me easy and successful. On a 1 to 10 rating scale I would give her an 11. She was outstanding.
