We did quite a bit of needed home repair before putting up for sale and Addora had all of the referrals (roofer, electrician, plumber, exterminator, tree trimmer, etc) and met all of them at the house to manage. I am an hour away so this was very helpful and all got done on timely basis. Home sold for more than asking price as Addora thought it would.
