A native Utahn, Adam’s devotion to the area where he’s lived and raised his family is apparent when you first meet him. A real estate professional since 2013, Adam brings this love for his hometown, along with a deep, measured knowledge of the area’s real estate markets, to assist his clients. From the peaceful but culturally vibrant cities like Murray, Sandy, and Draper shadowed by the Oquirrh Mountains and the foothills of the Wasatch Front, to historic towns like Provo and Alpine in the south, Adam’s familiarity of the neighborhoods and the lifestyles of these regions has been immensely helpful for his clients, whether they’re buying or selling. Fresh out of college with a finance degree in hand, Adam spent fifteen years working in the financial services industry. After his wife, Natalie, transitioned from a career in finance to real estate, Adam followed suit and the two became a team. With strong analytical minds, and a great balance afforded by the coming together of their unique skills and abilities, Adam and Natalie have become the sought after team for anything from advice about the optimum time to sell a home to finding the best investment around town, whether it’s a vacation property or a first-time home purchase. Adam appreciates the variety of situations and needs he encounters in his work, and particularly enjoys helping baby boomers strategize their next step with downsizing or relocating and assisting buyers through the process of building a home from the ground up. Within all of the real estate arenas Adam serves, he is always looking at the latest real estate technologies and practices in order to assist his clients to the best of his abilities. He has earned the Senior Real Estate and Accredited Buyers Representative designations and is a New Home Construction Certified Agent and Home Equity Conversion Mortgage for Purchase Certified Agent. With this knowledge, Adam’s financial acumen, and the use of technology and marketing resources available from a premier international luxury real estate brand, Adam continues to build a very satisfied and loyal community of clients. Adam has also been a guest on the Salt Lake City program, The American Dream TV, as the featured real estate expert since 2017. In all the real estate affairs and client meetings that fill up his calendar, Adam makes time for what he enjoys the most - his family and sports. A former Running Ute for the University of Utah’s Cross Country and Track Team, he takes part in local marathons, recently competing in the Wasatch 100-mile run. He also loves being a high school and college basketball referee so he can experience the up-close excitement and fun of his local sporting events. Another passion he’ll likely mention is pickleball, and you may just find him around town playing with his wife and friends, or any willing parties ready to get in a quick and fast game.
