If there were 6 stars, I would give Adam 6 out of 5. We were first time home buyers and met Adam at an open house. At that time we were looking for a good realtor. Adam was so pleasant, approachable and down to earth. What we liked most about him was his knowledge and sincerity to make you feel warm towards working together. I can vouch that he takes real estate experience to the next level beyond just the money. He spent the time with us to truly understand our needs and also took the time to study and guide us about the practical reality of the market, current trends and everything. He is current with all the MLS listings and was very pro-active in communicating to us when properties matching our requirements came up. When we ended up really liking our house, Adam with all his technosavy skills, was so quick to put together an electronic proposal and made sure that the house we really really liked was ours at a price point we are comfortable with. He guided us to determine a good price point and we could not be more thrilled. He was amazing with the entire negotiation process after home evaluation and through all the paper work, right upto finish, was there patiently whenever we needed him. He made us feel so warm like he exclusively worked only for us. It's all thumbs up for this awesome man when it comes to your real estate needs.

Adam helped me buy my first home. He worked with me every step of the way and made sure the process was smooth and easy. Stayed up to date on all the MLS listings and personally called me every time something came up he thought I would like. I ended up with a perfect home, and it's all because of the honesty and professional advice that Adam gave me. He doesn't try and make a sale... He tries to find you a property that fits you and will make you happy.

I tend to be a very critical person but I have nothing negative to say about Adam. I first contacted him several years ago to ask about selling my house. He helped me decide to wait for market conditions to improve, then checked in with me every few months with a market update. At the end of 2012 he noticed that local demand had spiked but supply was still non-existent. We jumped on this opportunity and sold my house quickly, without complications, and for tens of thousands over asking. Perhaps we could have gotten a higher price by waiting longer, but Adam understood that I wanted to get out of the house as quickly as possible without losing $ and he made that happen. I was especially impressed with Adam's integrity. I tend to think of real estate agents as just trying to maximize their commission, but Adam completely breaks that stereotype. He always explained things clearly in terms of the upfront cost to me versus the expected increase in sales price and respected whatever decision I made. I've also been looking for a home to buy with Adam and he has been great about trying to understand what I'm looking for and not pressuring me to buy any of the many houses he's shown me. Finally, Adam bent over backwards to make the home-selling process easy. I told him at the outset that I'm very busy with work and don't have much time to spend dealing with house prep. He found great (and inexpensive) contractors for all of the painting, cleaning, etc, scheduled them, and actually came and supervised them so I didn't have to skip work. I didn't think it was possible for selling a house to be such a positive experience!
