Adam is truly a gem - incredibly hard working, honest, smart, and organized. From the first step in the discussion about selling through the point that the sale closed, he provided excellent advice based on his knowledge of the local market and his experience with recent sales. Adam goes above and beyond to make sure that every detail is taken care of. He cares deeply about his clients, and throughout the whole process he was terrific and really went the extra mile on our behalf. “On it”. Those are the two words I feel best describe Adam as an agent, from the moment I reached out to him until we closed the sale on my condo. I was in need of a seller’s agent and Adam came highly recommended by good friends of mine who he helped purchase a house in Marin. I reached out to Adam and he came over the next day with market information on what other properties in my building had sold for and how he could help me. He’s very knowledgeable and I could tell he had his own system in place to get my property sold as smoothly as possible. He’s incredibly patient, but also persistent in getting tasks taken care of. Best part was that I was able to move out of my condo and the area, and he took care of so many of the tasks to make my property the most attractive it could be. I have bought properties in the bay area over the years and I can say that Adam Is a notch above other realtors. In 2020 we were lucky to buy an investment property and a home for us through Adam. I found him detail oriented, conscientious, ethical, responsive and moreover patient through our off hours calls, texts and emails. Adam has a lot of knowledge about the bay area market and he was steered us towards getting the property at the perfect price point that we were happy with. One area where Adam stands apart from others is that he has a network of structural engineers, architects, contractors, plumbers which he was able to activate quickly when a few hiccups came in our inspections and we were able to navigate those hurdles and land at perfect price point. We feel very lucky and privileged to have worked with Adam and heartily recommend him.

Adam was my buying agent in 2016 and my selling agent in 2020. My experience on the buying side was so positive, using KASA to sell my house was a no-brainer. I realized early on that the process of house selling is very involved - there are a lot of factors to consider that a less experienced agent may overlook. Getting the house sale-ready in and of itself was a challenge, as we had to reach out to numerous contractors for painting, landscaping, and other general contracting needs. Adam essentially served as the project manager, connecting with reputable contractors to get all the work done in a timely manner. On a daily basis he would reach out to discuss progress, send pictures, and advise any decisions that needed to be made. Afterwards, Adam managed the inspections and put together the disclosure materials that was as comprehensive as possible - so comprehensive that the eventual buyer did not require contingencies! The listing and marketing were thorough, reached a broad audience, and included several high-tech touches including drone footage and a virtual house tour. Ultimately our house generated multiple offers, and we sold above list price within 7 days of the initial listing. Even after the winning offer was accepted, Adam continued to follow up on various issues (minor addendums to the contract, raccoon issues in the backyard, and even shipping a few small items I left behind in the house). The service I received with Adam as my agent is total - great communication, a wealth of real estate experience, thorough & persistent work - this is the combination few other agents can match.

I am forever grateful to Mr. Adam Ettenson, ESQ. for his amazing talent as my real estate agent. I was worried about the sale of my house due to it being a “difficult” home with so much going against it – foundation issues, dry rot, uneven floors, some flooding issues. It was not going to be an easy home to sell, and I knew it. Adam was great throughout the entire process, from his strategy and planning on how we would market the house, build interest before going to market by reaching out to his vast network, and finding the right person on his team that could tell the “right” story about the house, its history and the kind of buyer it needed to give it some love. We scrubbed and polished and made her look as beautiful as we could, and it wasn’t easy, but she showed well and we received several offers after just five days on the market (yes, only five days!). Adam worked his magic and we got an over-asking, non-contingent offer with a 7-day close. We didn’t expect this to happen but it did, and I have Adam to thank for it.
