Where do I start? Well I'll start by saying I rarely - scratch that - never take the time to write reviews. That being said, Abby was so unbelievably awesome that I felt compelled to express my opinion and gratitude. My husband and I just purchased a new construction single family home and we used Abby as our agent. Things didn't go smoothly from day one. Between the inspector's 16 item "fix-list", to finding out there was water under the house, we felt like giving up multiple times. Without Abby's diligent hard work at rectifying problems, getting answers, going to the city to pull permits, negotiating with the seller, etc we absolutely would have walked. Well, most likely any other agent would have told us to walk - that would have been the easy way out. But Abby knew how much we wanted this house and she moved mountains to make it happen. She is honest, hardworking, knowledgeable, helpful and loyal; I can't imagine anyone finding a better agent! We've been here a month now and are SO happy and grateful to Abby.
