As first time homebuyers, we first reached out to Abby Waddell a year ago. Being familiar with the area, she helped us research specific neighborhoods & narrow the search for our dream home. Abby immediately offered to assist & helped in putting together a realistic offer based on comparable houses - making our offer stand out – in both price & terms. She also helped us get the best deal on homeowner’s insurance & even negotiated with the seller to include the furniture with the sale. Abby also gave us a referral on an attorney who could advise on how to structure ownership & draft the relevant powers of attorneys. To make the deal happen in time, Abby worked seamlessly with the escrow agent & pushed to get the loan approved in time – including accompanying my spouse to the bank to ensure all was in order before my wife signed the final loan documents.
