Abbie Konigsberg

My aunt, who lived in West Palm Beach, passed away in February. She left her condo to her younger brother, who lives in PA, each of his 2 daughters, 1 in PA and 1 in DE, and to me, an OH resident. My cousins and I first met with Abbie in March. She explained next steps, what would need to happen, and answered all of our questions. Over the next few months Abbie waited patiently until I was appointed Personal Representative of my aunt's estate and could sign the paperwork allowing her to list the property for sale.
