He was able to line up last minute financing for us with a lender and close he knew everyone in the industry that mattered to making this happen including people at other title agencies and the State Farm agent who was able to write a policy on the home and just days before we close he is the best

I’ve been looking for a house for a few months and my agent ( no papers signed at this point) I had didn’t really care to help me.
