We had a complex property that included multiple lot line split/subdivisions, annexation into the City of Jerome, water rights, meetings with the city and council planners. Aaron walked us through the process, hand delivered paperwork for us (we are in Oregon and CA), and attended all meetings recapping and keeping communication and the processes moving forward. In addition, Aaron sourced serious, and interested clients, and helped them and us negotiates deals that worked for both parties. Aaron knows the area, the people, and how to negotiate deals.

Aaron is very knowledgeable of the Burley market. He helped us pick a great area, and the right house for us. We were traveling in to look at houses, as we hadn't yet moved to the area, and Aaron was very accommodating with our schedules. He even did some video walk-throughs when we could both be present. Aaron was helpful from the first tour of the town, until after closing. He even put us in contact with someone to help with the lawn before we moved in. Mark was really awesome to work it. My property was a little hard to sell. It had more steps than most properties to get it on the market. But Mark was able to find an attorney for me to clear the title and get it sold.
