I originally started looking to move over 5 years ago. Even though I was “looking” I really wasn’t ready to move but knew I eventually wanted to. Aaron was great at setting up a search which kept me in the loop with all the homes for sale that fit my criteria. He would periodically check in with us in a friendly and inviting way. He was available and helpful with home showings in a timely manner. When it finally came to a house my family was interested in pursuing he walked us through all the steps of buying a home. He was knowledgeable about negotiations and what would align with our wishes. There is more to buying a home then I realized, and Aaron was super awesome in taking the time with me and reviewing steps to ensure the house is in good condition for us to buy. He was always available when we needed him. We never had to wait to get back information we needed with buying this home. I would bounce suggestions and thoughts off with him and I felt validated with everything I said. Even maybe when I suggested something far fetched [always trying to get a good deal :)] he never made me feel silly for asking. He was great! Him and his team were great!
Aaron and his team were fantastic. We were selling after moving out of state, so there were a lot of moving parts, and they helped coordinate everything well and helped us find the right buyer. I appreciated all their help.
As first time home buyers, there was a lot for us to navigate and keep track of. Aaron, Ashlee, and the rest of the team made sure to keep us updated and were consistently available for our questions and concerns. There were a few tricky negotiations with a bit of back and forth that needed to be made before we felt comfortable closing, but luckily Aaron and the team were great at communicating with us and put in a lot of work behind the scenes to get us the best deal possible. We are very grateful and highly recommend them!

Aaron walked us through the process, hand delivered paperwork for us (we are in Oregon and CA), and attended all meetings recapping and keeping communication and the processes moving forward. In addition, Aaron sourced serious, and interested clients, and helped them and us negotiates deals that worked for both parties. Aaron knows the area, the people, and how to negotiate deals.
I’m had very specific wants and needs for a property. We drove Aaron nuts for the better part of a year… never did he complain or bush us off. Instead he work his azz off for us. If your not paying him about a million dollars a year plus his commission… your taking advantage of him!!!
Did everything he could to get us a house in our price range and new where to ask for more, and ended us getting is way more than we expected. Answered night or day, was happy to help/ work with us on anything in the prosses, and always felt like he was trying to get us the best possible outcome at all times. Aaron is very knowledgeable of the Burley market. He helped us pick a great area, and the right house for us. We were traveling in to look at houses, as we hadn't yet moved to the area, and Aaron was very accommodating with our schedules. He even did some video walk-throughs when we could both be present. Aaron was helpful from the first tour of the town, until after closing. He even put us in contact with someone to help with the lawn before we moved in.
