From day one Caitlin was very enthusiastic about finding the right house for me. Found one right off the bat but unfortunately the purchase fell through and she immediately went back to work looking for another one, while handling the cancel of the first home. I was moving from Georgia (GO DAWGS) and she helped me find storage, an Airbnb, someone to help unload the Uhaul trucks and any other questions I had. Seriously about the only thing she didn't do during my move was find me the job I was moving here for. Found the home I eventually purchased and signed a contract 2 days after home #1 fell through. She was in constant contact with my lender and closed in 20 days!!!! Her communication with me was amazing, if I texted her with a question or needed to speak with her, if she didn't answer within 5 or 10 minutes it was definitely always within the next hour or two. I cannot think of one thing that was in her control that went wrong. If you want someone that actually cares go with Caitlin, I cannot recommend her enough!!!

Christy was the realtor that sold us our house originally. When she did that, she was so honest and friendly through the whole process! She kept in touch afterwards making sure we loved our home and life. We knew we wanted to use her services again once we were gonna sell the house and we are so glad we did😊 She did an amazing job and kept an optimistic attitude the entire time.
