Hannah was vital in helping us prep our very large investment home for listing. Her advice and guidance helped us add just the right touches to get a great offer. She hosted a hugely popular brokers’ open house, then guided us through the above asking offer to a quick and smooth closing. A few months later she found a perfect home for us to add to our investment portfolio. She placed the offer for the asking price, then deftly negotiated with the selling agent to secure a contract after a bidding war that grossly outpaced our offer, but her skill and ability to represent us as serious investors led to the seller choosing us for our all cash offer and two week closing (during Christmas). Karla is the BEST! I highly recommend using her as your real estate agent. She is very good at what she does and went above and beyond to help us through the home-buying process!
