Nicole arranged everything efficiently as far as photos (exceptional photographer!) and inspections, and she further coordinated directly with the buyer for certain details since they were not local. Bottom line? My house sold in less than one day based on Nicole's preparation and hard work before the sale. Highly-recommended!
