Hannah was vital in helping us prep our very large investment home for listing. Her advice and guidance helped us add just the right touches to get a great offer. She hosted a hugely popular brokers’ open house, then guided us through the above asking offer to a quick and smooth closing. A few months later she found a perfect home for us to add to our investment portfolio. She placed the offer for the asking price, then deftly negotiated with the selling agent to secure a contract after a bidding war that grossly outpaced our offer, but her skill and ability to represent us as serious investors led to the seller choosing us for our all cash offer and two week closing (during Christmas). Working with Deb was the best decision we made when we decided to build a house. She was a mediator, she advocated for us, she advised us, she kept records of everything down to the accent walls paint colors, she communicated with vendors and held them accountable, she ensured our timeline and vendor bills were reasonable and respected, she went above and beyond our expectations and needs, but always respecting our decision-making process. She really looked out for us! On top of that, the amount of knowledge in the industry she brings was the determining factor for us. When we encountered issues with some of the vendors we chose ourselves, she would always have a list of recommendations of additional ones, and they were great professionals! I like how caring she is and at the same time straight forward. She will respectfully present facts as they are, but they will always come with a wide range of solutions and directions we could take. Karla is the BEST! I highly recommend using her as your real estate agent. She is very good at what she does and went above and beyond to help us through the home-buying process! She is very professional, a great communicator and negotiator, and was very prompt in responding to texts/emails/calls. She was always available if something came up or if we had a concern. She also cared about what we wanted in a home and didn't push us to like something that was not right for our family. She has a energetic and fun personality and was a joy to be around! I called Melissa to sell my house and she had it sold in no time! I had just moved to another state 6 hours away from my home and didn’t have any help, nor did I have any knowledge on selling a house. She went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal and pointed me in the right direction as far as anything that had to be repaired and who needed to be called. In the end, I was very pleased with the result- it was smooth sailing and she made sure to even find someone who would be a suitable neighbor for that neighborhood I was living in, since that meant so much to me.
