Carol is a kind and dedicated agent, she always had our best interest at heart. Carol worked with us in helping to find a second home in the Florida real estate market. She really listened to what we were looking for and delivered. Coming from another state, with different rules and regulations, Carol's knowledge helped us navigate the purchase of our new home. Carol is honest, proactive, and professional. We would recommend Carol Burke as an extremely qualified real estate agent. Brian and Mirinda Rothrock

I have worked with Carol on two transactions. In both instances she made the process easy and low stress. She knows the market, is well organized and was able to tell me up front what would be necessary to sell my property quickly and at the best price. I’ve moved a lot over the past 40 years and have worked with many realtors and Carol is in the top 1%. She’s a pro.

She went above and beyond what I ever would expect. She cared, took time out of her day, and definitely took steps that she didn't need to take. But those steps helped us buy our first home. I will never forget her kindness and patience. I highly recommend her!!

Carol is knowledgeable, professional, dedicated, personable, and so much more. She was our team leader. We knew we could count on her throughout the whole process. We were secure knowing she was there for us when we couldn't be there. We thought selling out of state would be challenging. Not the case, Carol ensured everything went smoothly. My family and I highly recommend Carol Burke.

Michael went above and beyond his job as my Real Estate agent. I have dealt with alot of Real Estate agents and he was by far the best. He ALWAYS got back to me in a timely fashion. I was purchasing a home in another state from where I live...so he took care of things that I couldn't be there to do. He went out of his way and I'm sure this purchase wouldn't have happened with another agent!!!! I highly recommend Michael:)

We happened upon Julie when we looked at a house on a whim. We instantly liked her warm demeanour, candidness and her sense of humour. She helped us sell our home and worked diligently to find us the home of our dreams; even continuing the search for us while we were out of the country over the summer months. Julie quickly ascertained what we were looking for in a home, recognizing with our busy schedule, we didn't have time to "shop around". Julie made herself available at all hours, provided us with tremendous guidance and resources along the way. At the conclusion of our real estate deal, we came to see Julie as a friend rather than just our agent. Needless to say, we highly recommend Julie to either help you sell your home or find your new home, she really does go above and beyond for her clients.

Veterans First Choice and Chris were amazing. My home sold in record time and everything was handled very professionally.

Julie was by far the best realtor we have ever worked with! Especially given we live in Michigan she made the process very smooth and easy! She gave us a grand tour on many homes/neighborhoods, asked questions that we weren't thinking about, gave us insights on what to do, what to look for, etc. After we decided to build she then remained with us at our side the whole way, sending us periodic pictures/videos of our home during the building process. I can't say enough great things about Julie, she is awesome!!

Carol went above and beyond to help us sell our rental house. She gave us pointers on how to stage it and what we might do to enhance the appearance. We also were contemplating selling 2 houses and buying one larger house so she took the time to find houses that we might be interested in. She listened to our needs and helped us find some that would work for us. In the end we decided to add to our existing house and just sell one house. That did not stop here from paying attention to details that would sell the house. I would definitely recommend her to my friends when they are looking for a house.
