Roberta took her time and established a good relationship with the seller, who was not working with a realtor. I believe this directly resulted in selection of our offer over the others received from the other realtors. I'm not sure if we had another realtor that we would have had the same result. We are grateful!

Roberta is an outstanding agent. This was our 3rd interaction with her selling and buying properties. We spoke with her at length before we decided to list our house. She spent countless hours answering our questions and providing data about recent sales in the neighborhood. Our house went under contract in 3 days. She kept us informed and walked us through every step right up to the closing. She was quick to respond and answer questions. It couldn’t have been a more pleasant experience. We recently purchased another home in the area with the guidance, knowledge, professionalism and outstanding service from Roberta. She is very energetic and gets the job done!

I cannot speak highly enough of Roberta. She was relentless in her pursuit of a great deal for us and never failed to answer my calls and texts regardless of time or day of the week. Her hustle, responsiveness, knowledge, and negotiation skills are phenomenal. My family members are long-time Florida investors and I have recommended that she be our agent from now on. Thank you, Roberta, for all you did!

I can not thank Roberta enough for her knowledge, dedication, patience, and honesty. She is a straight shooter and will not steer you wrong! Highly recommended for anyone looking in the Sarasota, Venice and surrounding area. She made a wonderful impression and went above and beyond. Truly, ABOVE AND BEYOND. She digs deep on the property details and will make sure have a contract to impress based on your circumstances and requirements. We are so grateful to have been connected to Roberta.

Roberta is an incredibly talented real estate agent! She skillfully set up a plan of action for the sale of our house, including a complete market analysis, professional photography and staging, printed and social media advertising, and exemplary client interaction, all coupled with tireless energy. Roberta knows the market and gets the job done!

Roberta worked diligently day and night and weekends searching for our new home for months never giving up. We had many needs to be met, which made it a challenge, but her professionalism never waivered! We used 8 agents over 6 months and Roberta was far and above the best real estate agent. A 10 in every way

Roberta is a hard worker and always there to help you whenever you need it. She goes out of her way to make sure you are satisfied and takes the time to make sure everything is correct. We met Roberta as she was showing a different home, but we didn't want that home we wanted something different. She helped us find the perfect home. We were not there and she walked through the home and took videos for us and made us feel we were there ourselves. She helped us with the offer. We finally got it and we love it. We would highly recommend Roberta as an agent to find or sell your home. Tom Perendy & Trude Pophal

Her kindness and customer service for out surpasses any realtor we have felt with in the past. Her product knowledge or properties, locations, availabilities of homes and everything about the Venice area helped us make our purchase of our retirement home. We are happy to make a recommendation regarding her abilities as a realtor but more important - her qualities that make her an exceptional person who past, present and future customers will hold in high regard. She is wonderful and a great resource when you need help moving to the area or moving into a new home

Roberta was attentive and on top of things every step. She has gone above and beyond expectations and follows through to help even after the sale is completed. Most realtors don’t continue to help you after sale closes. I highly recommend her as a realtor.
