When my husband and I embarked on our journey to purchase our very first home, we could never imagine it would be such a long and at some points challenging process. When we met David Wilson(The Perfect Agent) we had already been looking for our home For 10 months. We met David when we went to view a house which David was showing, We were only in town for a week and we needed help to find a home in a timely manner. David was ready and willing, To our pleasant surprise David contacted us the next day and had four homes lined up for us to look at. The next day David took us out to Ocala where we ended up finding our home. In three days David brought a 10 months search to an end. In September 2021 we went under contract, Building a new home during a pandemic had quite some challenges, But we could tell from the very beginning David had our best interest at heart from finding us a private home inspector so that we can make sure from pre-drywall to finish, the house was done up to standard and code, to always being available through all the ups and downs of building a new home In a pandemic. We had several delays due to our builder, and David always went to bat for us to make us a priority to our builders. David being very knowledgeable about the complete real estate process really helped us and work to our advantage. While we were in New York David would keep up-to-date on what was going on with our house and quickly informed us of any delays or changes. David was a game changer for us, before David we had two other real estate agent and they didn’t come close to David. David's knowledge of the real estate industry, and his ability to make us a priority, his willingness to go to bat for us and to help us when challenges arise and also being supportive when the process was not going quite the way we thought it should go; made David feel like a trusted friend who always had your back rather than just a realtor. Brittany was a pleasure to work with. As an out-of-state buyer, my wife and I were demanding as we were not able to tour our prospective houses in person. We also were not familiar with the local area, and thus we needed an agent who knew their stuff. Brittany did not disappoint, as she was able to describe the local areas for us, give us suggestions based on where we were going to be working (not what you can find on a map, but going into detail on those areas which will become busy on a commute to work), and also she made many trips for virtual home tours for us (some with some decent drives in between them!). In the end, Brittany helped make the home buying experience smooth for us, and we are extremely glad we worked with her! If you are looking for your next home, she will not disappoint!

David was truly God sent to us. We were at our breaking point and at one point, we even considering no longer purchasing a home because our current realtor at the time was not as supportive or informative.
