David works with the Wheatley group. Which if you don't know is absolutely amazing.They are a small local broker That not only are great to work with, but are active in helping their agents sell ( The owner Mr. Wheatley himself even came and helped put the sign up on our yard for us).David actually has local market knowledge AND does very good comparable market research. Most importantly he knows how to use it. We where hit with with everything from buyer pull outs to multiple offers and negotiations on final offer. He knocked it out of the park by utilizing his research to not only set proper expectations but negotiate throughout the entire process. We would get bi weekly reports with constant updates. Counter offers where met with comparable sales and market data. Not some"Trust me, if we say..." Nothing was done with out our approval.Even the title company he uses is amazing (Celebration Title Group) A+ bbb, 5/5 reviews. Remote closing offered.Bottom Line he sold our house, in under markter average too. He's a great knowledgeable realtor who is going places and I am blessed to have had him sell.our home.
