As a first time homebuyer the process is SO intimidating but I had to worry about almost nothing. I don’t think David has EVER missed a call, text, or email or responded crazy quickly. He was super knowledgeable, kind and transparent, and took care of just about everything. A family member was purchasing a home in a different state and had so many issues through their own journey that were taken care of with just a ‘heads up, this came up but I took care of it’. People told me the process of buying a home was chaotic but thanks to David I had none of that experience. I am so grateful that the whole process was so smooth and seamless. I love my home so much and I truly don’t think we would’ve gotten into it nearly as nicely as we did without his guidance, negotiation skills, abilities to get creative making the most attractive but still advantageous offers, and just overall care and passion he has for helping and advocating for his clients. I can’t recommend him enough and I wish I had more family/friends to get everybody houses with such wonderful service.

My mother and I were randomly assigned David through Zillow. And wow! The universe was definitely working in our favor that day. Neither of us knew what to expect and initially we were impressed with how helpful David was at the first house we chose to view. After a lengthy and kinda complication offer process, our deal fell through after inspection. David guided us novices through the whole thing, reassuring us that our decision to pull out of the deal was the right choice. I’m fairly sure a lesser agent would have pushed us in the other direction chasing their commission check. David stuck with my mother and I through another offer process that fell through (a blessing in disguise) and when I found THE house that had been on the market for less than 24 hours, he didn’t hesitate to get us in immediately, negotiated a new roof paid by the seller and closed the deal, confidently leading us every step of the way. He was patient, professional and very knowledgeable. We will absolutely recommend David Wilson to anyone needing an agent and would use him again ourselves in a heartbeat!

David Wilson as an agent was amazing!. He was always professional and always communicated what was to be expected next. His knowledge regarding the sale of homes and the housing market was never wrong. He made sure that we understood every step along the way in the sell of our home. He made sure that all questions were answered and guided us as decisions needed to be made. He was on top of when open houses etc. should be completed and never had us wishing that more was being done to get our house sold. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!! David was the reason we found our dream home and we can’t say thank you enough. In a single week, we had over a dozen showings throughout the Clermont area. He organized our day to the minute to ensure we maximized time and talked us through each homes specs, details and pricing. He came prepared to each showing, and was eventually instrumental in negotiating an offer. We strongly believe that without David’s knowledge and his desire to “put the client first”, that we wouldn’t have found our dream home! Couldn’t recommend David enough!!!
