David Wilson as an agent was amazing!. He was always professional and always communicated what was to be expected next. His knowledge regarding the sale of homes and the housing market was never wrong. He made sure that we understood every step along the way in the sell of our home. He was on top of when open houses etc. should be completed and never had us wishing that more was being done to get our house sold. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!! David was the reason we found our dream home and we can’t say thank you enough. In a single week, we had over a dozen showings throughout the Clermont area. He organized our day to the minute to ensure we maximized time and talked us through each homes specs, details and pricing. He came prepared to each showing, and was eventually instrumental in negotiating an offer. We strongly believe that without David’s knowledge and his desire to “put the client first”, that we wouldn’t have found our dream home! Couldn’t recommend David enough!!!
